Overview
The project subject of this proposal is a two identical residential buildings of 30 floors (Towers A & B) with two basements and a podium of 2 floors (2B+GF+M+2P+30F+RF) located on the three respective plots part of the Business District, Zone B / lot BD-B-03, BD-B-04, and BD-B-05 of approximate total area of 12,270 m2 within a new projected development part of lots BD-B-01, and BD-B-02. The project has a total built-up area of around 135,00sqm2.
