EKO Energy Estate

Overview

The Eko Energy Master Plan forms a symbolic U-shaped fence open towards the ocean, and comprises 4 main districts: Residential towers, a low-rise downtown area, a landscaped leisure platform including a landmark mixed-use tower, a hotel and a marina, and a school, private sports center and medical clinic. Eko Energy offers a broad range of housing choices tailored for Nigerian and expat growing families, as well as single expats. Isolated by a green belt from the rest of the town development, the landscaped leisure platform is located along the central entrance axis and overlooks the Lagos Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
